ENTHUELLEN (unveil)
2019

Site specific Installation
7m X 3m X 4m | 50m2 cotton | 20 kg beeswax

Enthuellen is a site-specific installation made in the Diocesan Museum of Bressanone. The commissioned work was realised in dialogue with an object from the museum’s permanent collection: a reliquary glass covered with beeswax from around 1480.
The installation acts as a symbol for presence and absence and it has three positions to be inhabited by visitors (a standing position, a sitting position and a sleeping position), enveloping them with the scent and filtered light of the beeswax.
