The nightly movement of machines that prepare the skiing pistes on a glacier in the Italian Alps is being observed. At wide angles, the movements of indefinable lights create a calm and peaceful choreography. As the machines come closer, their noises become louder until reaching the point when it becomes almost unbearable.
